championship, and in an "only in ultimate moment," Exeter and Andover share the
spirit of the game award.
For the first time in the league's history, the championships were played in
a two day format. As part of the 36 team St. Johnsbury Academy
Invitational, eight NEPSUL teams were in their own division at this massive
tournament. All told, there were 675 players and coaches, 113 games played on
the weekend, 12 fields, and 28 different schools represented at the tournament.
In the NEPSUL open division, some great games were played, most notably the
semi-final game between Andover and NMH, which ended 13/11 but was tied at 9's
at one point. The 5/6 game between Hotchkiss and Milton came down to the wire as
well, with Hotchkiss scratching out an 11/10 victory.
Huge thanks to Josh Seamon and the St. J ultimate family for putting on such
a great tournament!
